糯米和江米是一回事,南方叫糯米北方叫江米。

2.粳米是什么

粳(jing)米又名大米,有早、中、晚之分,北梗凉,南粳温;赤粳热,白粳凉;新粳热,陈粳凉。煮粥最养人,老幼皆宜。黑米,晶莹柔润,产于陕西省城固县。黑米是我国稻米中的珍品。据科学家测定,黑米含有16种氨基酸及铁、钼、锌等微量元素和维生素B1、B12等营养物质,蛋白质含量比普通大米高出50%。《本草纲目》记载:黑米有滋阴补肾健脾暖肝、明目活血功效。无论煮粥还是煲汤,均是一种滋补佳品。

大米分为粳米、籼米、糯米。其中,糯米是粘性很大的米,俗称粘米。
